LINSPRAY Thermal Spray Solutions Ensuring the right coated surface by using LINSPRAY solutions together with flame, arc, plasma or laser applications

Thermal spraying is generally used to create coatings that exhibit certain material properties. These coatings can improve resistance to wear, corrosion and heat. You can also increase or decrease friction or change the electrical properties of a surface with spraying. Damaged surfaces can be repaired and manufacturing defects can be corrected. In addition, thermal spraying allows you to increase productivity, whilst at the same time maintaining and improving the quality of finished parts.

Working with you to optimise outcomes

At Linde, we are committed to helping you achieve your thermal spraying goals by combining the right coating solution with the right gas supply concept. To ensure we remain at the cutting edge of thermal spraying developments, we work closely with national and international research institutes. Even more importantly, we work closely with you – our customers – to ensure that you benefit from our global research capabilities and, more specifically, our dedicated spray lab. Located within the Linde Centre of Excellence, this lab also gives us first-hand insights into your specific challenges, enabling us to address them directly, optimise existing process technologies and provide proof-of-concept for innovative breakthroughs. At our lab, we also focus on customising our supply concepts and gas mixtures to support individual application needs. In addition, we team up with hardware and consumable manufacturers to synergise our expertise and ensure that all steps in the production chain dovetail to perfection.

LINSPRAY is our dedicated offer for thermal spraying. Building on customised gas mixtures and supply concepts, we also provide all the necessary equipment and supply systems to ensure the safe installation and handling of all gases and mixtures at all times.

In addition, we have an extensive network of engineers who are able to provide guidance on the best solution to meet your productivity, quality and cost requirements. This service includes training on safety or coating applications.
